SOUTH

Between the sea and the sierra, the Campo de Nijar, near Almeria in southern Spain, retains a unique character of wild beauty. I have been traveling there for 50 years. Everything mixes together as I stay, time does not have the same duration and the space still preserved in places takes me back years or decades. This is why I have not presented this series chronologically, but rather as a patchwork of memories of a place outside the usual landmarks, where the logic of modern life leaves space for daydreaming.     A story of landscapes...
